Thread: insulin?

    Wink insulin?

    OK bruthers. We have had the argument here on me using gear such as test and what not. have turned away from that.

    Now give me a chance to throw somthing your way.
    How about insulin ?
    I mean it is not a steroid . Safer in a way, and may give me that little boost i need.

    I know about hypoglycemia and what not.

    I am thinking starting at 8-10 units after a workout with 100g carbs, and 70g protein to try it out, then maybe go up. no more than 15.

    I know 10g of carbs per unit, and i know the signs of hypo.

    Just wondering how long, maybe workout days(5 days a week) for 12 weeks.

    any suggestions.

    I may start higher cause i usually have 100-130g carbs post workout anyway.and 60g protein.

    This is just a question for me to ponder on for a few months. Then again i got alot od suprdrol, but i hear it is worthess after a few cycles.(then again it is a steroid also)

    SLIN is one of the most dangerous chemis you can use, used improperly you will die!

    Slin is best cycled 4 weeks on and 4 weeks off to prevent you becoming dependant. Its is also ran best with AAS/GH not alone.

    You need to research slin more before you even consider using it IMO.

    Also if you do choose to use it invest in a glucometer so you cn monitor BG levels and prevent the onset of hypo.

    What's your rush into anabolics and other synthetic compounds?
    Try straightening out your diet/training consistantly for a while and watch your body change. There's no easy way out bro.

    well bro. My diet is very good. I change workouts every 8 weeks, i have high and low carb days,

    cut is 300g protein, 300g carbs, 90 g fat
    maintain is 300g protein 450g carbs, 110g fat
    bulk is 350-400g protein, 700-900g carbs, 140-150g fat

    all fat i mostlye good, fish oil, flax, almonds, olive oil.

    I just started bulk. 2-3lbs 96/4 ground beef a day, 8 potaotes, 6 cups rice, and whole wheat bread liek no other.

    I also drink64 ounces 2% milk a day.

    I am just asking questions. Checking suggestions. PLus If i wanted AAS i already said i have them at my lpace, and isulin at all times for friends. I mean if i really wanted to i would.

    I have tons of superdrol. phera plex, and trenadrol on the way soon. But I will wait to use these, i may sell em.

    I was gonna use em, but people are like if you are gonna use those use reall gear, then they say to young for gear.

    Again i am merely asking suggestions.

    Also i been training 5 years in august . I have gained alot, I meanI was 200-210 with 26-30%bf about 2.5 years ago, now i am 244 with 9%.

    I guess i was so used to the extreme gains of being a begibnner, and the never stop feeling, that i dont want it to end. The again this can bite me in the ass with aas, it can get addictiing(not the compound but its effects)

    maintain is 300g protein 450g carbs, 110g fat This would be considered a leanbulk if proper foods were used. Fat content is still too high IMO.
    bulk is 350-400g protein, 700-900g carbs, 140-150g fat Way too many unneccesary calorie, tons of fat will be gained from this approach, plus they can't be good carbs at 7-900/day
    What are your current stats? From the macros you listed you must be a beast.

    Insulin gains and test gains are totally different. You will gain from insulin but you are more than likely not to feel it or see it. It also depends on what you want to achive. Insulin is more of an addetive that enhances the recovery process.
