4 Months on HGH -- Need Advice on adding T3 Cytomel

I have been on HGH for 5 months now. I am taking 4IU a day. I have also been taking 100mg of Testosteron Cyponate. I have maintained my weight at 240 pounds. I have not really taken my diet to the next level and my workouts have been light as has my cardio (2 days a week). Nevertheless, I have some abdominal defintion and no side effects. My goal was and is to get ripped on HGH. I have plenty of muscle size but want to bring my body fat % from 15% to about 8%.

However, I feel like I've wasted much of the opportunity but I am ready to take it to the next level.

My plan is to remain on HGH indefinitely. I have heard that adding T3 Cytomel really helps. Questions are as follows:

    1. What T3 dosage do I take each day and do I split it or take it at once in the morning?

    2. I have read that it's best to go on for 3 weeks and then off for 2. Is this the best way? How long can i stay on it?

    3. How important is diet and enhanced cardio? I have heard people say that they don't diet to hard and see amazing results, but I have not seen "AMAZING" results doing that.

    Thanks for any advice.

I just really don't like the jitterness I get with clen . It gives me severe cramps and makes me twitch alot. It also kills my endurance in cardio.

There is an extensive article on using t4 instead of t3 while on GH. Just search the forum. It was last week sometime.

You workout 2X a week? Ahhh, you need to work out more and do a lot more cardio if you want to lose bf. GH isn't going to do it without your hard work.

red baron - whats your take on using T4 instead of T3 while running HGH

i read that thread started by Giantz where it stated that the chemical resulting from the conversion of T4 to T3 is the chemical that enhances the HGH - and not infact T3 on its own

    can u comment?

Why would you waste 4 months of hgh and not diet or exercise. You mind as well just go get liposuction and sit on the couch.

Let me clear it up -- I lift 3 times a week and do cardio 2 times a week. I am working out pretty hard just not as intense as I was last year.

If you are talking about cycling it higher, I would certainly use caution. Cytomel when used in higher doses (75-125mcgs/day) will definitely help you lose weight ... but T3 is very indiscriminent about what you lose ... it will eat up proteins and sugars from your muscles as well as fat ... so you end up losing weght without necessarily taking your bf% down significantly.

If you are going to cycle it higher than the low doses mentioned above, I would make sure you are on a sufficient weekly AAS dose to protect your lean tissue.
Red Barron -- excellent response. To clear it up, I am lifting 3 times a week and doing cardio twice a week. I will be bumping cardio to 4 times a week for longer sessions too. I will also be dieting. I do have 2 followup questions.

    1. You mention that 12.5 - 25mcgs/day is fine over a long haul. How long is do you consider a long haul?

    2. If I go with 75-125mcgs/day, what kinfd of caution should I use?

RedBaron -- You are a wealth of information and so very helpful -- Thank You! Thank You! I do have 2 more questions:

    1. You mention above that I "may wish/need to roll off the dose at the end of [my] run." How long should I run it? And... How do I roll it off? I will take .40 - 60 mcgs a day. I ahve heard that 3 weeks on and 3 weeks off is a good idea. Do you agree?

    2. Should I split the dosage into 2 times a day or just take it all at once in the morning?

    Thanks again!
