    If HGH increases IGF release.....

Wouldn't it be just as beneficial running IGF instead of HGH?

Whats peoples opinions on this. Experience?

GH does increase IGF levels for days. Depends on your age and how
your GH levels are. Under 30 would be a waste of money. my opinion.

Depends on the dosage Ufa.. I'd say under 30 you should be using over 6iu/day. It can get pricey.

From what I have been told the increase in IGF is not the only thing GH does so you could use IGF only instead of GH but you are not going to get the other benefits of GH by taking only IGF.

There are other benfits that come with GH then just an increase in IGF levels. I know what you're saying HG but its not that cut and dry.

but injecting igf will supress naturel HGH production...if injecting HGH your HGH will be high and there will be also an increase in igf..

So the major consensus is to use HGH as opposed to using IGF in isolation. I have heard to use both BUT financial constraints limit the choice of most users. I was just "probing" the idea of which is most beneficial and vlue for money.

If it helps in the debate I am over 30 yrs old

igf alone is also quite nice and normally its financially better then HGH...i really think you only should do hgh if you got all the money from a complete cycle...and that you can still buy your chicken and tuna besides the hgh
