Heals or Causes Joint Pain.
So far I've been researching HGH to see if it will cure my joint problems, aka F'd up elbow.......Lately I've been pleased on reading about it's healing effects on regenerating tendons/ligaments & recovery.
Now , a bunch are saying HGH is causing joint problems?!
Which is it?
Big decision, alotta $ , That I don't wanna gamble with. Has to be 100% true on what I want.
Can someone explain^^^^^^
ALSO , IS THERE ANY MEDICAL STUDIES ABOUT HGH HEALING AFFECTS ON TENDONS/LIGAMENTS. Preferrably done on humans not rats ,horses or any of that uselessness.
Thank you.

iu's 5/2 and gradually work higher. Joint pains, numbness, are a couple of
sides you can get if you take to much to fast. Sides will go away very fast
when you taper down.

First time GH user, 21 yrs of age, 6'5'' 235 9% BF, Not necessarly looking for Big muscle gains or major fat loss BUT some will be welcomed
I'm a pitcher who's been out lately so main objective is to heal my elbow & the tendinitis in my knees & shoulder.
I was thinking of using,
JFYI None of this I'm listing is set in stone. If I experience sides I will not up the dose. If I feel good at my current dose and am getting the healing benefits I want I will just stay for health reasons. If I'm not happy and have not experienced any sides I will up the dose.
Using 5/2 Shot In the A.M.
Weeks 1-4 2.0 IU's
Weeks 5-7 2.5 IU's
Weeks 8-10 3.0 IU's
Weeks 11-13 3.5 IU's
Weeks 14-20 4.0 IU's
^^^^^^^^^^
How's that look?
I really don't want to go over 4IU's, but will if not fully Healed.
Same goes for how long the cycle.
Some ?'s
1. When do I shoot in the A.M. anytime or is it more complicated like after a meal , or before etc.?
2. If I shoot in the A.M. does that mean at night when I sleep I still will produce my own natural GH even while on cycle?
AND CAN SOMEONE PLEASE POST A SCIENTIFIC/MEDICAL STUDY DONE WITH HGH AND THE HEALING OF TENDONS & LIGAMENTS.
I've yet to see one, and will not start unless I know for a fact it is a healer on tendons/ligaments.
Thank you bros for the info.Last edited by Hellmaskbanned; 07-27-2006 at 12:57 AM.

You sort of have to see if you get sides and play it by ear. If no sides, work your way up. If sides, I would not increase. The posters that have been taking 10 iu's daily report no sides.
There is very little to no studies about tendons/ligaments. However, if you
read the posts here, there are a lot of happy campers. Don't see how it could hurt. I've been told to avoid sugars, carbs, at least hour before & after. Seems protien is OK. It will raise your IGF levels for days.
I would not inject at bedtime. Let your body make your own.

Everything Ufa is saying is correct Hell.
You just have to use the search bar and read other people's experience about using Gh for tendon/ligament problems.

I here the same about ppl claiming Equipoise /var/deca /test heal or helped there tendons & ligaments. Which is complete BS
They do the complete oppisite, they dried them out , except for deca/test which just filled my joints with progesterone or estrogen water retention which in turn "lubed" them. AND I know from personal experience, really wished I never tried them for help. To late now, and I don't want to make the same mistake with HGH.
I can't just believe someone's personal opinion with so many ppl not knowing whats what. Sure they trully believed it helped placebo maby, but I'm not taking the chance.
I need scientific/medical studys as TRUE evidence.
But fossilfuel you've been great help so far. Thank you.

Yeah.....that is exactly what Deca will do(cause water retention and mask the pain with joint issues).
Some guys have said that Deca does not even help there tendonitis at all because of the problem being the tendon and not the actual joint.
Cycling test decrease collagen sysnthesis(building block of tissue).
I would NEVER reccomend either of these for tendon/ligament/joint problems.
GH is the way to go.
You need to read some of Redbaron's post about GH and how it work's and also his advice and opinion on GH healing tendon problms.
Red knows his stuff.

I'd suggest that you find these using google. You really expect someone to do that research for you?

I thought maybe one of the few GH experts knew of some up to date articles.
Alot of studies are all BULLSHIT. I want accurate ones. AND yes if someone knows of one please post it will be greatly appreciated. Every article I've read on google hasn't said shit about tendons/ligaments.
