well i have always been the type of person to give somthing a shot and see if it works And WOW Targex works I just finished a bottle and what a diffence It made .... I mean it was nothing crazy like a 6 inch difference but i looked at the before and after pics and there is a good difference that,s not diet or training related I applyed to the chest and love handles and For me the love handles are the last to go ... but with targex it reduced the fat in appled areas and I will be ordering more just to let you bro,s know

I did one pump per area So i used it on chest wich was 2 pumps and one pump per each side (love handles ) I did it twice a day once before the gym Or cardio days so even on my days off from the gym I still walked the track at the local park and once before bed ..... it i really am suprised how well it worked

I am running T-3 at 100mcg per day i am also On an AAS cycle But the Targex worked on its own had nothing to do with cardio or weight training ....... it reduced the fat areas by at least 20% with diet and cardio on top of it it really did A good job and the bottle lasted about a month....... so its well worth the cash ...... I have another bottle here and when done am ordering more

TargeX is not like Yohimburn at all, it does not have HCL YB, Histidine, ALCAR or anything like that...

YB contains HCL YB, ALCAR, and other ingredients not so easy to put into a capsule but a lot easier to put into a TDS, still this is meant to go systemic and whoever says is for localized fat loss then is lost in pure hype!

TargeX was formulated based on clinical studies showing the localized fat burning abilities of Glycyherrtinic acid on subcutaneous fat.

Glycyrrhetinic acid, the active principle of licorice root, blocks 11beta-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase type 1, thus reducing the availability of cortisol at the level of adipocytes. We evaluated the effect of topical application of a cream containing glycyrrhetinic acid in the thickness of fat at the level of the thigh. Eighteen healthy women (age range 20-33 years) with normal BMI were randomly allocated to treatment, at the level of the dominant thigh, with a cream containing 2.5% glycyrrhetinic acid (n=9) or with a placebo cream containing the excipients alone (n=9). Before and after 1 month of treatment both the circumference and the thickness of the superficial fat layer of the thighs (by ultrasound analysis) were measured. The circumference and the thickness of the superficial fat layer were significantly reduced in comparison to the controlateral untreated thigh and to control subjects treated with the placebo cream. No changes were observed in blood pressure, plasma renin activity, plasma aldosterone or cortisol. The effect of glycyrrhetinic acid on the thickness of subcutaneous fat was likely related to a block of 11beta-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase type 1 at the level of fat cells; therefore, glycyrrhetinic acid could be effectively used in the reduction of unwanted local fat accumulation.

If you read the original abstract you will note that ...

"No changes were observed in blood pressure, plasma renin activity, plasma aldosterone or cortisol",

There was no change in plasma cortisol; cortisol was lowered only in the fat cells, this is telling us that little if any of the compound was absorbed systemically or we would see a drop in whole body, i.e. plasma cortisol.

Ok .. I am posting pics before and after with targex .. I like it very much It help with some fatty deposites on the chest .. In all I give this product the thumbs up ... I will post the pics here and member cycle pics allthough I was on cycle as well the first pic is before and the second is after 3-4 weeks targex and please not bad comments ......be posstive
