    Can slin be measured?

    first off i am not injecting insulin of any kind. I was wondering if there is an over the counter product that measure how much insulin is in the blood? i was to measure how much insulin is acctually released when "spiked". Just to see the effects of 100g dextrose as opposed to 50g dextrose, opposed to 50g whey/50g dextrose, etc. If anyone knwos anything or has any ideas, please let me know.

    I don't know of anything OTC. You will have to go to a lab and have blood work done. Mp
