not really gonna work out legs tonight so i will see if there is a difference allready.
did bicep/tricep yesterday and had an awesome pump but this could be due to me taking some aspirin as felt my blood was getting thicker from the anadrol .

just finished workout
i did:
deadlifts(regular) 4x10 160kg
leg curl 5x8
standing legcurl 5x10
leg extensions 5x20
leg press 5x12 320kg
calv raise 5x15
pwo i shot the same amount of MGF/lr3/hgh/slin as last tuesday.
not much to tell really. except that the leg extension were extremly painfull due to the high reps. leg press felt real good.
again stuffing myself with as much protein as possible

as promised, pics and measurements.
i am almost afraid to put down the measurements as they seem unbelievable. i heard comments allready from my wife that my legs looked thicker and i could see that there was a bit improvement but i thought it was some swelling from injection.
right leg: 70cm.
left leg: 67.5cm.

Rodge Make sure you increase your Branch Chain Aminos. They sited in every study done with Peptides. And list the Measurements. I can't view pics.

ok just finisished another leg workout. went great allthough i did'nt expect it to as i'm f*cking tired all day long, but as soon as i start my workout its all motivation. i think its from the high dose of aas that i'm feeling tired and the idea of shooting the MGF that motivates me.
workout:
squats 10 x 7 (150kg)
leg press 4 x 20 (250kg)
leg curl 5 x 8
calve raises 5 x 12
all sets done with 1 minute rest in between.

Wow 10 grams is a lot. I will have to check to see. Is it in liquid form or a pill or cap?
I would hit your legs a few time a week. Spend some time on a bike every day. Just kill them and eat. ...and eat and eat. The MGF creates the same chemicals in the muscle as working out. help them along just a a little. Remember lactic acide is food for the muscle to grow.

convenience plus i want to get in alot of protein before i get to bed without feeling like a stuffed turkey so it must be easy digestible, except for the cottage cheese.

rodge i see that you said you wanted to improve your legs..an you were shooting the mgf..in your quads...i briefly read this thread..not haveing any knowledge of mgf....can it be used for localized growth and repair??....sorry if this is a stupi Question

did legs today. upped the weight on the squats but i feel like motivation is going down. things don't go very smoothly at the moment so i'm thinking of taking a couple day of from the gym to let cns recover, and then hitting it hard again as i feel that continue this can lead to injurys.

i take a whole week off. so i'm going back to the gym on wednesday. i really felt the need for it and it turns out as the best decision as i went to the doc today as i have had a headache for weeks. it turned out to be a nerve in my neck. so i visit my chiropractor afterwards and he started a treatment, feeling allready slightly better. and it def works for my motivation as i can't wait to get back to the gym
i did shoot my lr3 today but no mgf as i will save that for pwo only.
will take new pis and measurements this sunday. then we'll see if the rest have had an effect on growth also.
