Insulin PWO only...need time off?

I know its a good idea to take a break from insulin to ensure you dont become dependent. However, if humalog taken 3-4 days a week PWO is there a need for a break? Will these 3-4 doses a week enough to cause dependence. I am taking 500mg r-ala as well. Thx

no one knows for sure thats why we use the 4on/4off protocol. with that way your prob safe but at this moment i'm running slin allready for 9 weeks AM and pwo ,5 days a week, and will continue this untill half of januari when i start my contest diet. i don't advice this however,just stating what i do.
