    Has anyone tried this HGH protocal?

    I was reading on another forum that a guy started running his GH from the standard 5/2 dosing to skipping a day or two then hitting a big dose. Like lets say if I we're doing 4IU'd 5/2, then what they said they would do is 8IU then skip a day or two then hit 8-12 IU's depending how many days they skipped usually 1-2 day skip. So at the end of the week they got the same dose, but higher concentrations at a time. Well after reading this, a bunch of other guys we're posting how they we're now running this same protocal now and they said the GH was blowing them up this way. Does anyone think that this works any more effective for muscle building? They said the smaller consistant dose was better suited for fat loss etc and the big doses we're for muscle building. I have never heard anyone on this board talk about running it that way so I figured I'd ask. What do ya think?

    You mean taking it eod? I used to take mine everyday and 5/2 and then switched to eod. Of course you would have to increase your dosage. I am now on 10iu's eod and still going up. Supposedly, taking it eod is better for you if you take it long term. If you are on it everyday and stop completely there is a chance that your body will not recognize its own natural GH.

    I take it eod because there are less sides for me and also I plan on running it for as long as I can afford it.
