    Igf1-lr3 Sides???

    When you guys who have used IGF1-LR3 administer it.What seem to be the most common side effects at doses of 100+mcg daily? Is cts a side as is the case with hgh use? My brother is very keen on trying IGF and is worried about bone growth and deformities..He read a medical site 1st..

    IMO 100mcg might be a little high for first run

    i've run it twice before @ 50mcg PWO and experience good results...the pumps are great

    cycle it approx 4 weeks on 4 weeks off

    With 100mcg the only side I get is being lethargic at times,I think for a first timer start at 60mcg and increase up if needed.Saying this my first cycle I started at 100mcg.with over 7 IGF runs I have noted I get the same results from 80mcg and not getting that sluggish feel with 100 and over.I find it`s about the length of the cycle,40 days I find is Optimal .Keep in mind I run HGH 9 months per year.As for bone growth and deformities with HGH,it`s way blown up,I dont know anyone who walks around with size 18 feet looking like Frankenstein.

    Do you seem to get a leaner appearance whilst takin igf and consuming more calories or is this just myth?

    Absolutely without a doubt. I'm on it now and am trying to get in over 5k kcal a day and still have veins and full abs. NOt to say LR3 is a miracle drug but it definitely helps with keeping my BF% low while bulking.

    Never really have any sides with LR3 at or under 100mcg daily. When I was on 120mcg ED I was getting some headaches and that was about it. That was too high of a dose for me anyway..

    5K calories per day yet your abs are still visible...Jeez i'm gonna cycle this wiv my bro 4wks on 4wks off at 50-80mcg daily and see wat results it brings!
    As i train MMA it should bring my pumps and strength into play!

    and this rippedness was on pct too? I am thinking of starting 40mcg tomorrow during pct....but very worried abou high cals, getting soft while t levels are low!

    I'm not in PCT at the moment but have to say that if I could only run LR3 once in a given cycle it would be in PCT.

    What do you think the effects would be on a good clean diet at 40-50mcg pw only...so 4-5 times a week, high caloric clean.....would it keep you shredded even while test levels are very low?

    ^^^^^^^^^ Tough question Columbus.

    I have had some friends get great results and never go over 50mcg ED. I for one see nothing at that dose. I've given it 3 weeks at that dose and didn't see or feel anything. Granted we're really using the compound for logn term gains and dont necessarily need to feel something right away to benefit from it but I love the pumps and vascularity.

    I'm a true Ectomorph and it took me 8 years just to get to 215 where I weigh in at now. So for me I need 5k kcal a day just to put on a few pounds even while "on."

    So I can't really answer your question C b/c it will vary for everyone. I can say that for the most part you'll be able to either maintain or drop some BF% and get a little more vascular depending on your stats as of today. My best advice is that if you dont "feel" anything within the first week or so and you're using it for more of a consmetic look then up the dose to around 80mcg and see how you like that.

    great stuff....where did you inj? Post workout right? Are carbs essential IMMIDAITELY post? Can I wait 1/2 hour or so, or bad idea.....maybe some smarties if I'm at the gym.....thinking about chest today, pec inj?

    I have a major question in regards to adminestering IGF...Should the carbs i take after each shot be fast acting or slow releasing? Also is 'every' muscle group a yes when it comes to adminestering IGF?? May sound kinda basic but i'm an IGF newbie ;-)

    You want fast acting carbs.. the amount is based on trial an error. Some one may use 50 others 100. Pinnacle a former member recommned 80grams of dex as a starting point.

    shelf life

    I just purchased IGF-1 from a good friend who does it all the time. He mixed the powder with some kind of acid and sterile water. I did not refrigerate the first two days. Does it have to be refrigerated?? is it bad? and how long will it take before i start to see results??

    As was posted above, fast-acting carbs. Huge amounts are not needed, but AFAIK no one has tried assessing how much carbs the IGF is able to shove into your muscles. That will be one experiment that I will run. Say 250g of fast-acting carbs with 80mcg of IGF-1 immediately postworkout and see if I get a much better effect than with say 50g. Anyone tried?
