    Question how to lower hgh levels

    How can I lower my HGH levels before my blood test to get hgh from my doc.

    He doesn't test your hgh levels, he checks your igf-1.

    Upping your stress level and reducing your sleep with do it.

    Try inviting your in-laws to live with you for a few months. Tell them that you will pay all their expenses, then encourage them to eat a lot and rent an expensive gas-guzzling SUV. That should cause enough stress to lower anyone's igf-1 levels.

    Pay for them to take congo lessons, That should cut down on your sleep.

    eat sugar before bed. it raises insulin , which raises somatastatin, which brings down insulin and growth hormone .(lowering gh lowers igf-1. thats how they work)

    stay up late.

    switch from high intensity cardio to low for longer duration. do the same with your weights. nix the intesity and forced reps, up the volume and sets. stay in the gym for 2 hours. keep your reps at 12 since the 6 rep range is best for gh secretion.

    for a short period of time this shouldnt hurt you too bad. you may gain a couple pounds of fat, and muscles may flatten out a bit. it may actually give you a boost when you restart you regular regimen, as you might get a response afresh to proper training.
    i would do this for 3 weeks to a month. im sayin this because changes in stressors often result in favorable hormone secretion for up to 2 weeks, then fizzle out. to avoid this, go over 2 weeks.
    you may wish to take up drinking and smoking as well.
    try depriving yourself of sleep a few days b4 the test.
    stop takin vitamins and supplements
    you may also want to try some nolvadex during this period as it lowers igf-1.

    this is somewhat radical, and still might not be enough to put gh in the shiitter to get a script, but who knows?
    so basically do the opposite of what you know you should do.

    hey, take a week off from training before you go back to your regular routine to recover. take all supps and eat right, vitamins this week. take 2 benadryle(to sleep) and hit the sac at your nomal time to reset your bio clock.
