T4 dosage with GH

Whats the standard dosage for t4 while on GH ?

My research indicates 100mcg ed with no ramp up/down.

Can someone confirm this please.

I do. 100 mcg ed. I do 100 mcg cuz the pills I buy come in that dose, and Perfect beast recommended that dose. Opinions are mixed and experienced and respected bros come down on both sides. I was persuaded by the Anthony Roberts article, but if I see solid evidence that another approach is better I am open to change.

I use 30 mcg if I am doing just 3IU/day, and 80mcg if i am doing 8IU/day. I make mine dose related.

Found that it was enough to shake off some of the fatigue I was feeling from the GH, from my experience. Seems to have worked well so far.

from wat i read ur supposed to increase ur dosage until ur waking temp is 98F.
