    12iu hgh?

    How do I split this dose. I workout in the mid-afternoon, iwas thinking 4ius upon rising, 4ius before workout, slin pw, and the 3hrs later, 4ius whick shoudl be around 7pm. Im going the 5/2 route. 25yrs old, 5'10 220lbs.
