I was just wondering how many guys inject IGF before there workout as to after there workout? I have seen a few guys say they inject before rather then after, I know Jay is one I have read some of his posts, Let me know what U think.

For me it depends on the level of intensity of my workout and what bodyparts are on for the day. As already mentioned, it doesn't really matter as far as the active life of the LR3 is concerned.

What can happen though with pre-workout injections is you can experience intense, painful pumps that happen even during first set of an excercise ... to the point that really working out the muscle group are difficult if not impossible. That being the case, it will take a little personal experimentation to determine which days a pre-workout injection makes sense and which days you will want to wait until post workout.

Using LR3 post workout does make sense in a few ways. It does about 50% of the shuttling work of insulin and has somewhat of an affinity to insulin receptors, so using it post workout gives you a weaker version of the force feeding that insulin would ... result, the recovery process begins earlier. Working out creates a condition of increased number of IGF receptors in the muscles just torn down by workout. Injecting into them post workout gives us the best chance at capitalizing on our injected LR3.

Other than for those types of considerations, LR3 is going to have a long enough active life to work regardless of when you inject. It is really more personal preference and a function of your schedule more than anythiing.

pretty much as quick as possible after your last set....i keep a loaded pin in my fridge, and inject as soon as i get home...so about 15 mins max after last set...60 is fine but less would be better

Makes more sense to me as well RB for your reasons listed. I like the fact that exercise upregualtes the receptors on muscle cells so why not inject exogenous IGF at that time? Makes more sense to me.

I have injected both Pre and Post in the same day and saw no benefit to just a single dose PWO.
