    GH dosage / freq

    heard so many different dosage and freq ideas on here....ED, 2xED, EOD, 5Don2off etc. Anywhere from 2iu-5iu/day.

    Want to hear some experiences and all about it.

    I am really only looking to use it for a shorter period to leandown some more only. I will NOT be using insulin in any way shape or form, simply diet mods only.
    I also dont plan right now on using anything else with it either.

    just stay away from carbs arounf the time of injection. Try one shot pre cardio in the morn and one shot in the early afternoon.

    is that ED youre suggesting then, or 5on/2off
    and dosage for what Im looking for?

    Do have one more question, some say you need many kits in succession, but for straight cutting what do you think?

    i've done it to cut.
    I started at 1 iu/day for 10 iu's
    then to 1.5 for a week
    and + .5iu's per week until I maxed at 2.5iu's a day
    I did it to cut and lost a significant amount of weight 12lbs.

    I'm suggesting you ramp up as i did. Dont go any higher than 3.5 IU's a day because you are trying to cut not grow, and all though I never tried it in a grow approach I had lots of success losing bf at 2.5IU's one shot per day. NO breaks. If you can get another kit do it. 200 IU's thrown at the cutting approach would work extremely well in my experience. Best part! It wont come back unless you eat/roid it back (the bf I mean).

    I hear 2iu is a bear minimum, almost pointless.....but I dont know if this correct or not.

    Alot of people do 4iu, but perhaps thats for muscle building

    more opinions?

    3iu is a good cutting dose. I prefer ED dosing.

    Personally I don’t like gh. Well what I mean to say is there are much better products for the money you pay for it. I have ran up to 20iu ED in the past with decent results but from now on I’m sticking to AAS when I want to add mass and clen or DNP when I want to shed bf.

    An interesting factor is age. Guys over 40 seem to have better results than young guys. Some guys I know over 40 had better results with 5-8iu ED than I did with 20iu ED so maybe I’ll give it a go in years to come.

    Id say 3IU/day would do it, I run that while in PCT. Ive run as high as 8IU/day on cycle and feel like for me when I go over 5IU/day is when I start getting hypertrophy of muscle.

    I agree that it probably is better for the older guys.

    I have used 1iu a day 5 on 2 off for the past year and feel good on it. I also ramp up to 4 ius during PCT and ramp back down when I am finished. I do not use it to cut body fat (although it helps) ...

    I think that it would be way too expensive for just that.

    I would not use GH for fat loss, a diet would be a better idea and thousands less in cost. For size I would say 6iu ED is a good starting point, 7 days a week not 5 on 2 off.

    granted hgh is the most expensive way to go for fatloss but its the best for it.

    so Ive seen many people say not to use it solely for that use, so thinking I should change that.
    I've heard that using it at 5iu/day produced spectacular results for both, seems like thats low compared to what you guys say here.

    Some have talked about ramping, do more of you feel this should be done?

    Havent ever gone above 4IU/day when off. I dont feel you see much growth off of just HGH alone, but when combined with AAS I do think that you get more growth than when using just AAS alone.
