wassup guys im 21 now and im thinking 2 take HGH but someone told me that its dangerous 2 use at this age. is that true?

at your age, your GH levels are still high and most likely wont get much out of it...the majority of people that have good results are at least 30 or older. At your age, the only thing you need to work on is your diet and training..your body is still maturing and you still have lots of learn about diet and training and how to make your body grow naturally
