    IGF powder in fridge

First off before everyone ignores this, I am not asking whether or not I have to refrigerate IGF in powder form. My question is, about 1 year ago I put several kits of IGF in the fridge (powder, and all of the ingredients) and a few months later I had to move and I took them out of the fridge. They have been at room temperature since then and I was wondering if they were still good, or if I should just chuck them because I am an idiot?
