    my girl and hgh

    hey looking for some advice
    120lbs 5'7" 30 years old
    is it going to help using hgh at like 1iu a day
    looking to loss bf and get a little stronger as well all of the other benis like
    skin sleep and stress

    Yes women do well with gh from 1 to 1.5 iu. 5 on 2 off. It will help burn fat but it will take some time. Her diet and workek out stil need to be in check.

    i wouldnt think that at 5'7'' 120 she would have much bf. my wife is 5'11'' 135 and has no fat. but as far as the other benefits i say go for it!

    yea she does have low bf just some in spots she is triing to get rite of
