I just ordered some igf from a site and it says to use the water supplied when ur mixing but only things that came were the igf vial and the sodium chloride, are they refering to the sodium chloride as water. also when mixing do i put the chloride in first then put the igf or vise versa.

Put igf in first then slowly trickle water down into the vial.

Did the igf not come already in the vial??

hell no man...do not recon with igf 1 with the water...ive mad that mistake twice...u need to recon it with AA or BA...if u dont, the igf 1 will be useless...get AA or BA and then recon the igf1...the sodium chloride is to buff the stinging pain of the AA or BA...thats all its for

You have to reconstitute the LR3 in either BA ro AA as stated, not the SC. Mix the vial with AA then add SC prior to injecting. If using BA then use BW not the SC.

I took this as meaning only 0.9% was sodium chloride to dull stinging pain??

As this is my first batch of MGF (i get igf ready constituted in uk) am i wrong in mixing this way as per instructions???

Also recommended dosages. I was going to go 100mcg (50 each bicep) post workout and 2nd day,as im still reasearching this any advice would be much appreciated.
