Need to make sure I'm safe/ IGF and its hypoglycemic effect(on me)

Hey guys....just wanting to make sure I know how many carbs I need to take while doing IGF-lr3.

I decide to start my spot injections tonight in my tendons on both arms.

Unfortuanately I had not eaten for a total of 4 1/2 hours and it had been an hour since I finished my workout because I lifted at a different location tonight.

Within five minutes after the injections I was going to use the bathroom before I ate and immediately started to feel very light headed and unstable...so I ran into the kitchen and downed about 120 grams carbs of honey and fruit juice within 1 minute and I was fine in a couple of minutes.

I am assuming I had just experienced a Hypoglycemic effect which which were the consequences of not eating carbs for to long a period??

Kind of scary for a first timer.

Is the reason this happened because my bloodsugar was so low because of an intense workout and not eating for 4 1/2 hours??

After I train I get home and eat a banana, then I use the Igf....I then make a protein drink. The banana is high glycemic, hence an insulin spike shuttling protein into the cell more efficiently. This will also keep you from going hypo after you inject the igf.

    Ok..thanks j!

I figure it would be ok to eat the rest of my carbs(70 grams or so) along with the protein after the injection right?

Yeah that's one thing you have to watch out about with IGF.

Will I feel any hypo effects later in the day if I eat like I normally do every 3 hours after? Thanks in advance.

Yeah you should be fine, my pwo shake consist of isopure and dextrose. I'm sure the sugar in the apple juice will help.

I did 20mcg bilaterally in the muscle right after workout 3x awk. I only injected in Bi's, Tri's and Chest. I had really good results, gained 6lbs and had to put acouple extra holes in my belt, pumps were insane. The 6lbs that I gained was even after being on gear for 6 months. When I dropped my drol I lost about 6lbs which was water, but replaced those 6lbs when I added the IGF and that wasn't water and still dropped a size or more around my waist. That was my first time using IGF, I have another vial that I'm going to use during my PCT.
