Blood glucose at 5.2. Cause for concern?
Im not diabetic and have been on HGH for two weeks.
Ive lost about 4 lbs - mostly fat in this time. I measured my blood glucose for the first time in 2 weeks. I had a GH shot (3 IU) this morning and had a protein only meal two hours later. About three hours after the shot (i.e. one hour after the meal) my BG was at 5.2 mmol/l. My fasting BG levels are usually 4.6 mmol/l. Is this rise due to the fact that GH ostensibly burns body fat within the three hours after the injection and therefore raises blood glucose levels somewhat? Or should my BG not rise at all since I had no carbs this morning?

Your BG level not only deoends on what you eat, it also depends on how physcially active you are. 5.2 is fine.

I haven't had a work-out in 6 months because of tendon trouble. Hoping the gH will speed up recovery now. Im at 3 IU a day.

Measured BG before the first injection in the morning. It came out at 4.5. So the GH does raise it slightly even if I take no carbs for three hours after the injection.
Not sure what the conversion would be to American units. 4-7 is supposed to be the "normal" range, I think.
