I've been on HGH6iu for one month now - 2iu at 7am, 2pm and after workout. Sustanon 250 2x a week and dbol 30mg daily. I would like to include insulin and T3 or T4, and would appreciate any opinions and/or advice.

My workout sked is around 6pm to 9pm, 6/7. There are a lot of people in the (small) gym where I work out so a lot of times I have to wait 5 to 10 minutes for the plates I need to become available. My workout is pretty heavy and intense. I now weigh 218lbs from the 194lbs (when the pic was taken last year).

I would appreciate any advice on timing -- when it would be best to take GH, insulin and T4, taking into consideration my workout sked.
