    Best time to take T4?

    Is there a best time to take T4?

    I've been on HGH6iu for one month now - 2iu at 7am, 2pm and after workout. Am also on Susta 250 2x a week and debol 30mg daily. I'd like to include insulan and T4 and am wondering when I should take it during the day. I'm looking at 100 mcg/day. Is it ok to take it once or split the dosage (if that's possible).

    I have 100mcg T4 tablets which I take in the AM. Insulin PWO.

    I take mine in the morning on an empty stomache 1 hour before I eat. Apparently this minimises lethargy.
