    Long IGF-1 R3 ?

    One of my buddies told me Long IGF-1 R3 was better then HGH but i dont know jack about Long IGF-1 R3. He said its better for muscle gain and fat loss as well. is it true?

    Different products used for different things, there is a lot of info in this forums on them. If your under 30 and know what your doing with igf it may be the way to go.

    Growth hormone and IGF sound like a dream come true on paper when compared to AAS, but you really need to be more careful when using them there are many things to watch out for, read up and ask alot before you do that stuff.

    oh i was just curious cause my friend was raving about it. i read up about it and i really didnt like what i heard.

    definetly not something i will consider using.
