HGH, Cytomel and Insulin for women

I am on jintropin 4 i.u. 2 x day, cytomel 75 mcg split into 3 doses a day and I am an insulin dependent diabetic. I have been taking the gh for about 8 weeks. I stopped taking winstrol about 5 weeks ago and then roughly three weeks ago I started with the cytomel and began taking more insulin after my workouts with increased carb intake at that time. From my previous experience with this same cycle I had incredible results, but this time I do not seem to be making any changes as far as leaning out. I have put on a good amount of muscle and feel comfortable with that but I am wondering why the cytomel isn't taking the fat off as it did last time. I know the cytomel is real because I fill it at a pharmacy. My diet is clean and I work out 5 days a week with intense cardio and weight training every workout. I want to know what may be wrong with this combination or what I can do to make some changes.

If you are cutting increasing your insulin may be a bad idea as it promotes fat storage. Obviously you must dose your insulin to keep you safe as you are diabetic but i dont see the reason behind upping the dose.
