need help with this i work 12 hrs a day so afternoon shot imposable so should i do 4iu all @5:30 am or 2iu in the morn and 2iu @ 9pm at night

don't do it so late and so close to sleep. you don't want to mess around with your body's natural release of gh, which happens about 2 hours after going to sleep.

Personally, for a quick reply without knowing age I'd recommend the entire dose immediately upon awakening. I'll wait back to hear how old you are.
