GH after Torn Bicep Surgery
I've done a search, but it seems like a lot are on the fence about site injections. I'm in the recovery stage of my bicep repair. Currently I'm 5 months post-op and 4 weeks post physical therapy. Would it be beneficial to me to inject at or near the bicep tendon for healing, or should I just to Sub-Q around waistline?
Also would the GH help with nerve issues I have pertaining to the radial nerve. I get pain that shoots down my forearm through the wrist into my thumb when I try to lift a moderate weight (i.e. curls or lat pulls) or turn my wrist/hand a certain way.
Any info is appreciated. I'm ready to get back in the groove, slowly and cautiously of course.

I have only heard good things from people who did do spot injections with GH for tendon issues.

That's good to hear. Now, do I inject directly into the tendon/muscle itself?
