    FAO Anthony Roberts... IGF/Superhumanradio

after reading your post in this thread (HGH vs IGF-1 Major differences?)

I have listened to the superhumanradio podcast regarding IGF-1 Long R3, I have some questions which I really hope you could answer:

I am planning on running IGF to speed recovery from a rotator cuff injury (no tears, fortunately).

    1. I am of the understanding that i should run this for 3-4 week cycles, is this correct?

    2. What kind of dosage am i looking at? You said 80-120 mcg's per day for muscle gain, what kind of dosage would you recommend for rehab purposes?

    3. I would imagine it would be best to lay off the gym and other physical activities whilst attempting this 3-4 week rehab process. However, you mentioned that athletes who regularly exercise will have higher IGF levels, so would it be advisable to maintain my workouts along with the IGF injections, to maximise total IGF?

I would really appreciate your answers and insight, and anyone else who may be reading, if you have any educated suggestions, let er' rip!

    What does FAO stand for?

    1. Yes
    2. Roughly 50mcg/day should be enough
    3. If you are rehabbing an injury, you need to rehab it, not ignore it. The IGF will aid you, not do the rehab for you. Get yourself on a workout routine meant to get you over the injury.
