gh - sleepy, fatigue and hard to fall into sleep
hello u all...
last time on GH i really slept allmost the whole day...but after a day of doing nothing, bacuse i was really low on ernergy, I had really problems to fall a sleep again...
so could this be the problem?!:
high dose gh -> decrease ghrelin
decrease ghrelin -> low energy, not hungry -> sleepy
decrease ghrelin -> inhibits slow-wave sleep -> hard to fall into sleep

When Im on a high dose HGH cycle I need 10-11 hours sleep.I feel really good, the only bad thing my body gets use to this, and when I have a shorter sleep (like 8 hours) I feel very tired that day.Production of growth hormone drops off dramatically in the body in our 30s and 40`s Im going hypothesize, maybe one reason why young people sleep more soundly than older individuals can be linked to the hormonal system. Diet, exercise and sleep patterns all play a role in human growth hormone,so its no shock that when you include high doses its going to trigger and alter and tweak these factors.Sleep being one for sure.
What dose did you run fred?

12 hours is a long time to go without eating. I find I need alot more sleep when on Gh too. I'm under alot of stress and anxiety constantly so I take seroquel to sleep. Feels like coming out of a coma in the morning.

Thats why a very big shake before you go to bed is the key,the best is Milk Protein Concentrate is a slow-digesting protein derived from milk, containing both Whey and Casein protein fractions.Another advantage is by having a large shake your chances of having a pee in the middle of night are good (another chance to down a shake)
