IGF and HGH

If i understand correctly. You inject IGF in the delts,biceps,triceps. And HGH in the SUB-q...Belly.

Both cannot be inject in sub-q?

You can inject IGF into the belly it is just not a good idea.
If you are worried about pain etc. I am a needle ***** but using the 31 guage 5/16 needle it is painless and actually now I look forward to the IM injections. I like the feel of the AA when it hits the muscle, I do use bac water but that is first in the pin so that I get all of the IGF in the muscle!

Oh the other reason for the IM of the IGF is to get the full amount in muscle and blood stream as fast as posible. That is why it is taken immediately after workout. Unless you are taking HGH.

Typically people shoot IGF IM and GH Sub-Q, but GH IM is a lot more common than IGF Sub-Q.
