yes, you can do both im and subq . i hope your not gonna mix hgh with insulin . you should'nt eat any carbs around the time your gonna hgh and you need alot of carbs after insulin.

The IM goes into the blood faster, the SubQ is just a slower process of absorption. I have done IM of GH the biggest problem was the sides. They kicked in a lot faster and harder with IM injects. I was pinning 2 hours before WO and my neck would lock up and I would get a pounding headache, everytime my heart would beat I would feel like my head was going to explode during and right after a set. Couldn't get in a good WO at all. That is why I went back to SubQ.

Ricker has a good point. Mixing insulin and HGH means you would have to consume carbs fairly soon post injection and that's isn't a good idea as carbs + HGH are not a good mix.

I have come across people reporting less fat loss benefits around injected area when using GH IM. I would stick to administrating both of these compounds Sub-Q. I don't see anything that needs fixing here.

It isn't generally necessary to inject GH IM. It doesn't have localized effects like pure IGF or MGF.

so are you or are you not eating carbs PWO also? according to the guys above you shouldn't eat carbs around GH but you need it when you injct slin.. and you need carbs PWO also... Iwould expect the GH to be better suited pre-WO and then slin/IGF/carbs PWO

you spike GH production during a high intensity workout.. i just ride that gh production into exogenous GH.. throw in insulin to increase recepters and add igf for its synergistic purposes..
    slin w/o carbs = death
so i definetly have carbs pwo.
