Cool Can't afford HGH, now what?

    Hey guys,

I'm 45 y/o and a former professional baseball player. I currently coach college baseball and would like to try HGH, but can't afford it. I've stacked test and deca a couple of times but I was a little younger. My question is this: What would you guys recommend for me since I train 2 days on 1 day off year around? I simply am tired all the time (have tried backing off training but seem to get out of shape quickly). I'm bulky and fat around the waist, and no matter how many reps I do, I can't seem to get cut anymore. I also live in a border city to Mexico, are the steroids there lacking in quality?

    Thanks in advance.

At your age, HGH would be a good option and the good part is that you wouldn't need much either since you're after well being benefits. Maybe 2IU is all you would need but don't quote me till you try.

Sometimes drugs isn't always the answer. Following a proper diet and cardioing schedule as well as lifting weights can make you feel a lot better. Also take multi V's as that may help you. I am not sure if you have already taken this approach but if you haven't I suggest you try it.

If you want to loose weight I would concentrate on your cardio and diet. The older we get the harder it gets to loose fat and gain muscle, but it just means you will have to try extra hard.

I wouldn't bother with using AAS, when you come off it will more than likely make you feel crappy anyway + AAS won't make you loose weight. If anything you'll gain water weight which is something you don't want.

As for Mexico, lots of bogus gear up that way, so I'd be real careful.

    Good luck.

I've really tried to go back to old school training like cutting type routines (high reps low weight), backing off when I feel I'm overtraining but I've just hit a block. I accept that I'm not as young as I once was, but if I train I expect to feel good. That's just not the case. I use isolate protein in water and branch chain aminos (no creatine-it's too hot here in the desert) and my diet is under 1,000 cal. per day. I miss that tight ripped feeling when I leave the gym, right now I just feel bulky and sore.
I'm going to look into HGH in Mex. Do you recommend any brands? plmk
If I son't hear back from you, thanks for your input.

One thing you need to do is get your hormones checked out and see if you are a candidate for HRT. With your age and the fact that you have cycled before not to mention your symptoms it sounds like you may benefit from it greatly. I would do this before looking into HGH.

    Richie,

As goose said, it's 2IU p/day. And I would defenitely take goose's advice by taking T3/clen if you want to lean up.

As for HGH brands, there are many out there. All American/European brands are the best but they are also the most expensive. Then you can get the chinese brands which some are pretty good and a lot cheaper. If you're going to go pharmaceutical brand then I say go Serono Saizen, otherwise Jintropin or the blue top HGH from China seem to be a lot cheaper and work well.

    Good luck.

One reason you may be feeling tired is that 1000 cal per day is way to low, even if you are trying to lose weight. Visit the diet section here and get some tips on a good diet.

Diet is where most people fall on their face. Probably because it takes the most discipline. I'm 45 too. Diet and 4iu/day of gh have made a huge difference.

Mexico if fine as long as you stick to a few name brands of anabolics. HGH in mexico is really expensive and only sold in 4iu kits which is a waste of money. On a side note, the place I go to in mexico usualy stocks the anabolics I want. I was talking to the Pharmacist and he said one of his regular customers is a baseball player for the giants and said he is a big black guy who buys up all the HGH. I almost split a gut lau***ng so hard. I said, it couldnt be barry bonds right? the guy didnt know who that was

Yeah at 1k calories a day you are doing no one any good. At least 2.5k calories a day is what you need. Also there is no such thing as lifting to get cut. You get cut because of your diet melting and exercise to melt fat away. High reps low weight will just give you endurance it won't make you cut it is all about the diet.
