    hgh sub-c injecting

    since im injecting into fat is it ok to draw in a little air into the syringe to make sure im getting all the hgh out?

    yes....but no need to go crazy...a couple "ticks" on a slin pin is sufficient to get those last drops

    i agree but after u inject, keep the needle in for like 4 seconds.

    Hey Rocky,
    I take a prescription injection everyday(for lupus). The injections come in prefilled syringes and they have about a quarter cc airbubble in them. I asked my doc about it and he said it acts as an "air cap" for the medication. Keeps the med from running out of the hole in your skin. Just thought u should know. Air in needles makes me nervous too.

    is this with insulin syringes? done sub-c or im?

    They are sub-cu injections. I also asked him about accidently going im with it or worse, hitting a vein. He told me that it would take several cc's of air into the vein to even begin to worry. I still would be weary of air and needles but sounds like you have to be a real dumb*** to hurt yourself(Lord knows I'm capable of anything stupid).
