hgh how much
Since it takes a very long time to get allowed to the womans section I'm going to drop my question overhere.I've been reading about hgh and my husband is using it,but now i want to get on it as well .How much should I take I just want to lose some fatt and my skin to look better so it is not to grow muscles just for my well being so to say.My husband says I should take 1 iu 5 onn 2 off and that will do the trick 'now is my question is he right and what are your thoughts on this matter.I'm a 36 year old woman and I've been working out since april last year before that I,ve been doing years of dancing. And what would be the best time to inject it.

2iu is very effective for women from what i have seen and 3iu is nice when split up into 1.5 x2administrations.
a couple chica friends of mine both use around 1.5iu morning and noon and love it so thats what i would suggest since im not female lol and i personaly am not a fan of GH

I would advise doing alot more research into the matter, you sound like you have just started out training, give it time...."and my skin to look better" i think you may have a misunderstanding of what GH will do for you, not a flame just my two cents...

At 36, no need for anymore than 2IU per day. Start on 1IU, increase to 1.5IU and then increase to 2IU if need be. I really doubt you will need anymore than 2IU. 5/2 is a good split.

you are right I'm just lifting weights for almost a year now but I have been dancing for more than ten years now three times a week and before that I was running track (I don't know how you call it)
that's just what I'm looking for better feels and looks not too much muscles..
I just want to stay lean..

to gain muscle from gh, you would have to take quite a staggering dose of it, and its not cost effective by any means. BUT... for dropping body fat, looking/feeling better, and having better sleep.. gh is a godsend.

1iu mwf in the AM would be a decent start for your goals imho. Great to see you reaching out and not relying on your man (even though his advice seems sound...so many times that isnt the case ). best of luck!!!

A real source wouldn't be coming on the board and advertising his stuff out in the open.
