If I reconstitute 15iu's(5mg) of Somatropin with 5 ml bacteriostatic NaCl, what is 1 iu on a U-100 slin pin? Is it 37.5?

Using the simplification that 1mg = 3 IU, we have:

15 IU = 5.0 CC
1 IU = (5.0/15) CC
1 IU = 0.33 CC

But to be more accurate, each mg is equal to 2.7 IU.
Let's do it again:

2.7 x 5 IU = 5.0 CC
13.5 IU = 5.0 CC
1 IU = 5.0/13.5 CC
1 IU = 0.37 CC, which means that you were correct.
