Yea.. You know kids are on 12000mcgs of IGF1 a day...

The max dose of Increlex and Iplex (Recombiant Human IGF1) for kids with IGF1 deficiency is 120mcgs per kg twice daily, for a 50 KG kid, 12000mcg a day.

Whereas we take 120 - 20mcgs(100 - 700 times less) max of IGF1LR3 which is supposedly around 2-3x more potent(we dont even know this for sure)...

Even accounting for this, we're only taking about 300mcgs of IGF, no where near replacement levels...

On another note I for one would really like to know how much this Iplex Increlex costs, if they can afford to run doses that by comparison to current standards are huge.

I can pickup IGF1 RH for *** EDITED *** dollars per mg, running their doses would cost me
*** EDITED *** dollars a day, so if the prices of Iplex are in that range then year round treatment would cost *** EDITED *** dollars a year.

I'm thinking Iplex is probably cheaper than this, else noone could afford treatment, meaning theirs cheap IGF avaiilible on prescription,i'mfaily sure at *** EDITED *** dollars per mg, they sell this stuff in 1mg/ml 10ml bottles.

Can anyone find out the price of Increlex/Iplex, which is a legal prescription medication which i am looking at purchasing for a small orphaned chinese boy i recently adopted who happens to have IGF1 defeciency(winks).

    Peace,

    RSN

Would you mind explaining this a little more?

    Thanks...

No one else interested in the fact that we are using doses that are up to 1000x lower than those used for IGF replacement?...

These kids are using IGF-1. Not LongR3 IGF-1. Apples to oranges.

Before I knew what I know now...i tried a couple different kinds of lr3 off of the net from what were supposed to be legit sources. No effect whatso ever at 100mcgs a day. It was like throwing away money.

Plus I also know about all the fake and low grade crap coming out of china which is where all of these research chem sites are getting it from.

I'll just say this.....I will never purchase anything that is of Chinese origin again...be it HGH, IGF, or GHRP.

I knew of one guy who was carrying real Lr3 here in the states and it was made right here in the US.... and he is not selling it any more.

The IGF I've used wasn't from China and I've gotten phenominal results from it..

I LOVE using LR3 with my AAS, synergy at it's best. To answer the question, I use it both on and off AAS.

I've been "off" AAS for almost 2 years yet still notice great gains from LR3 only.

I do have to say that I've gotten better gains from Gropep LR3 over Chinese generics. Igtropin was really good LR3, I'd rank it number 2 under Gropep. It was good but ridiculously overpriced.

It was engineered at a private lab.

Well, I have never tried gro pep, so I can't comment on that...but I would not mind giving it a chance.

Being on gear makes it impossible to say if the IGF is working...but JAY has already stated that he has been using it while off of AAS for 2 years now so I take his word for it.

I've been involved in LR3 since humans started using it. I call BS on this.

Not for those who know the differences in effect and their body.

    IGF1 - IGF1LR3

Is hardly an apple to an orange.

They are identical except that LR3 Does not bind to IGF binding proteins, which matters little, it's the same amount of IGF mcg for mcg.

So how does one reason with the fact that replacement doses of IGF are 1000x the doses commonly used by many looking for supraphysiological levels?

    I reason this:

If 120000 mcg is what is considered good for replacement, then 120mcg is doing f*** all.

(and we've been taken for monkeys by those who wanted to sell us this stuff)

Unless someone would like to explain why 120mcg is more effective than 120000mcg?

If you can do that, then i guess i'm wrong.

In the mean time i will be trying to find out more about Iplex, i think i read the stuff is $10 per 1000mcg, can anyone find out?

You're missing the short active life of normal IGF. That's why when bodybuilders were using it, they were using a LOT more with very little success.

IGF doesn't have a short active half-life, it has a halflife of 18 hours like the IGF our body produces.

The only difference is IGF in the body gets quickly bound by IGF binding proteins, so alot of injected IGF also gets bound to these proteins, this is a normal bodily process the IGF is still active for 18 hours.

IGF1LR3 does not bind to IGF binding proteins, but maintains an activity despite this, the physiological relevance of this has not been determined, but some have suggested an increased propensity of cancer risk.

Other than this mg for mg IGF and IGF LR3 will have similar biological potency.

IGFLR3 used to used because it was much cheaper than Rh IGF, now the roles are reversed, so why do we continue to use what are seemingly insignificant doses of IGFLR3?

They are almost identical in potency, there is no reason that a IGF that does not bind to IGF Binding Proteins would in the end offer more effects...

    Espeicailly not 1000x the effect.

Can anyone findout the cost of Increlex or Iplex?

These are ridiculously cheap FDA approved legal sources of IGF...

Well heres the simple and obvious answer. 120mcg pwo works with the LR3 period. There is no question on that. Regardless I use anywhere from 40-80mcg pwo and I have been seeing great results. No one is being taken for monkeys as you put it, I think you are thinking to much into it.

"If 120000 mcg is what is considered good for replacement, then 120mcg is doing f*** all."

If you really think that well... lets just leave it at that.

Are you sure they have the same potency? I've heard contrary to this, but I'm not sure myself, and I don't have any good sources on this information.

History and experience show LR3 to be more potent, but luckily the muscle cells were wrong and we know that now. LOL!

No i'm not sure whether IGFLR3 is identical in potency to rh IGF.

I was just mixing things up about to see what got posted.

    Edit: Okay done...
