Ok i am ending my GH cycle... did it for 6 months... now i would like to shake things up with something else. What is the difference between HGH and IGF-1? How does IGF differ in results and what are the sides? Also would it be smart to add an AAS? I want to get ripped like a Ryan Reynolds... not so much bulky at all. I do 30 miles of cardio a week (running) and eat right as well as 6 hours a week weight routine... i have just hit a plateau... need a lil help
