actrapid confirmation about diet

hello all
well i got some actrapid insulin
my concern is about my diet
i intend to inject after training which is arround 7 30 pm
have my dex+whey immeditely after
and have dinner 1hr after

but what i saw is that its long acting, its in the body 8 hrs, should i have some more clean dinner meaning 50/70g carbs and 50g protein after the first one? or after the first dinner i can eat normally? as if its active 8hrs i guess then i must eat clean for the next 8 hrs and how long should i keep between the food intakes?
would it be safe to inject like 3 hours before training if its actrapid? as if i inject it after training, i would have to stay awake till arround 3 which is not so convenient...

and could someone confirm the picture that its a long acting one as the guy who made me get it said its short acting

well your slin is short acting. But really you want fast acting either novarapid or humalog.

here are some figures for your slin. Insulin activity usually starts about 30 mins - 1 hr after injecting. Peak activity is usually between 2 - 4 hours and the insulin has a duration of action of up to 8 hours.

so no you dont want to inject 3 hours before training. You really dont want to be training and then start going hypo. You want to inject after training really

anyone could please tell how i should separate the meals?
like keep 1 hr between the meals?
cause its active for 8hrs and peaks at 4th hr (i intend to do it sub-q), so, should i be eating more than 2 meals?
or 1 meal after 1 hour after shot and second meal 2 hour after shot, and after i continue only with the dex until the 8 hours are over?
