Insulin Q (novorapid)
after finding out novorapid is suitable type for weight training,
ive recenty baught some.
will be starting 4IU a day (after training) then having 50g of protein within 10mins of taking it, plus plenty of carbs.
(then will be working up to 8IU)
question:
1)when coming off insulin are there any steps you should do? like gradually fade back down from 8IU per day, then all the way down to 4IU?
2) if feel a hypo coming on, eat a sugery snack to raise blood suger, but what about having a hypo from too much suger?? do you cut down on your normal sweet things to prevent having too much (too much is the worst hypo)
any other views welcome. PS i am 190lbs.

Once you come off there is no need to taper down, just simply stop.
If you start to feel hypo symptoms you need to consume simple carbs till these symptoms have gone. You canot go hypo from having too much sugar, you can go hyper, but not hypo. You don't need to worry about going hyper because you are only going to consume the required amount.

final question, is this ok to take for 3 months solid, everyday?
or do you have to have say cuple weeks on, cuple weeks off??
(dont wana turn diabetic, however that happens)
also is it best to jab in your stomach all the time (like HGH) or can you do in arms/legs
sorry for asking questions, but this gotta be done right

Most users cycle insulin 4 weeks ON/OFF with sucess so I suggest you do the same thing.
You can inject sub-q around the belly area or IM anywhere where the needle can be injected into the muscle.
Not a problem about the questions but just use the search function a bit more.
