The point of p/wo slin use??
I've used insulin on several occasions and love the shit, it totally transformed my physique for the better. Now with that been said, I was really thinking about it I was wondering do we really need exogenous insulin after training. If we take a bunch of simple sugars your body spits out insulin endogenously anyway so why do we need the exogenous insulin, granted the shit works great when done right but isn't it an overkill?

The first time I took insulin , it was with GH. I think within 3 weeks I was up about 15lbs. People I didn't even know at my gym were coming up to me asking what the **** I did and how I train and eat. As far as strenght goes I can't honestly give you an answer on that cos I was on gear as well.

my most logical explanation for Post workout slin use would be...
our body produces more GH, TEST, hormones etc from strenuous physical activity to adapt.
We take endogenous hormone because our body doesnt make as much as we would like for anabolism.
even though we produce more GH, Test and all that fun stuff from diet and excersize, its really not as much as we would like.
so taking endogenous insulin post workout would most likely be much more than the natural spike from simple sugar intake our bodys would produce. The end result would be more gains.
im sure Gear has a more in depth answer. but this makes sense to me, no?

If you were taking insulin with HGH and AAS then I would say most of your gains would have come from AAS and HGH. Insulin doesn't deliver any gains which are too noticable. It will help with the shuttling of the nutrients into cells but that's about it.
The 15LB you gained when using HGH and insulin would have been water weight from HGH.
