GH 5 days vs 7 days week?!

I've been running 4 ius day, split 2 am/2 pm, 5 days on/2 days off - like most i would presume. Recently I decided to run the same 20 IUs per week, but switched to 7 days (3/3/4/3/3/2/2). As you see, its still the same 20 IUs per week, with only 7 injects vs 10. Would this be any better or less beneficial than the traditional 5/2 (run mainly I think for cost reasons)? My thought would be more even levels of GH throughout the entire week. Thoughts? Gear? Thanks!!

you will get this from much smarter guys than I...but...

the safe approach is 5 and 2. Clinics use it....because no definitive long term studies exist....why not err to the side of caution and do what all the health professionals recommend? going on 7 has no real upside, and only downside, if you look at it. go 5 and 2 and forget about it.

Only downsides? Only real reason I have seen on these boards for running 5/2 would be due to the cost prohibitive nature. I dont think long term studies relate to weekly dosing, and we all know that GH effects take a long time to be exhibited - months, even years. Thanks, but hopefully we get more input...?

Well, I am assuming then that you have long term experience with the GH....How long have you been using it, and how long do you plan on using it?

Also, and I have read the boards here too...and here is what I have seen of late...staying at a steady dose, same time same amount, has proven effective..your idea for a 7 day moves the amounts all over the place...my experience is that causes soreness and stiff joints..

Do you wake up and purposely take a dose at 2am? And why? That is right about when you should be pulsing naturally, I though... I know a ton of folks that take it an none of them use your schedule. All do 5 and 2. AM injection

btw..my doc said timing the shot around food and stimulants is total bs...gh is supposed to be kicked back somewhat in its administration, like teeth brushing..

I have used it for 3 years. Have never heard of the 5/2 as a cost cutting strategy. Ever. Red Barons sticky is the best sum I have seen in a long time. It spells out why the 5 and 2 exists...and it is not about money. If it were, the AA clinics would want you on it everyday, right?

Not hammering on ya man, just have asked every damn question about this stuff, and used it for so long, with great results, and made mistakes. I just upped my dose due to thinking the increase would help me heal from a surgery. I tried it...my knees are killing me....back to the old dose...

Been on for 6 months and have run 5/2 the whole time. 1st inject upon waking in the am and 2nd one in afternoon, about 4-5 pm. I usually work out about 7pm, so I time my carbs and such appropriately (both am and pre-workout). Only reason I thought about trying the 7 days week was after missing a couple shots, thereby taking only one shot a couple days and kicked it back to 3 IUs. Thought I'd make up for it by doing the rest over the weekend straight through. My dosing of 3/3/4/3/3/2/2 also takes into consideration 10IUs per vial, so I wasn't mid dose as a vial ran out. At any rate, like I said its just a thought and looking for input. I'll probably get back on track with the 5/2 regimin regardless. I've read Red Barons thread, but will read it again. But yes, most all responses and input that I've seen on this board and others just refers to running it that way due to cost, and that they would run 7 days a week if they could afford. I have a great source, so I'll be running it for as long as I get a good price.... (and no people, dont pm me for my source)

ED or 5/2, it won't make any difference gains wise. If you are going to cycle HGH ED then make sure your daily doses are the same every day. Changing the dose suddenly and too frequnetly can result in unbareable sides.
