Edema around ankles

my ankles have become pretty swollen, how long does this last and besides lowering my dose anything else i can do? Im currently taking 2iu in the AM and 2 iu around 2pm.

Also i was in Germany for 8 days was up for 32 hours, drank a ton of beer ate wenier schnitzle, so it may be the sudden change of diet. What do you guys think? Its painless just really swollen.

weird you said this bro, had my physical and my doc told me my right ankle is a bit swollen ..Ive had back problems before that has caused me to loose circulation in my right foot so im not too worried about it ... this is a known side of growth?
