    Question

    So i did a 6 month cycle of Saizen. I have been off for 2 months now, would like to start another 6 month cycle. Is it too soon? I was built up to 4 iu when i finished my cycle.

    That's fine, but you should have continued using HGH without breaks.

    Well how long is too long without a break?

    if you are shooting your hgh 5 or 6 days a week with 1 or 2 days off then you can go as long as you want to without a long break. personally i take a week off ever 3rd month but thats just me.

    HGH is designed so it can be used long term especially if you are using lower doses, but since you are not using HGH for any medical reasons it would be quite difficult to say what's too long and what not.

    There is no need to stop using HGH unless you run into health problems. Anyone who is looking at using HGH long term should go on relgular check ups to ensure they are still perfectly healthy. If you do come across any problems then you may have to adjust the dose or stop all together depending on how sever the problem is.
