I HAVE HGH 5.3 mg per vial and i want use 4 ui per day my friend told me this vial just use 4 times but i want to know whats' level in inslulin neddle to take 4 ui ???

40 units on a needle should be 4 IU from what i have read...I could be wrong.

bigvette, that is only correct with a 10iu vial mixed with 1mL of water so not correct in this case.

5.3mg is roughly 16iu

if you mix a 1.6mL of bact water, then every '10' mark on insulin pin is 1iu and '40' is your desired 4iu

if you mix 1mL, then every '25' mark on insulin pin is 4iu

your choice, good luck
