Expectations of an IGF1LR3 and insulin cycle

I used to be a big guy a few years ago.
But i stopped lifting weights for a few years
and now im getting back into it
    I was at 230lbs with 15%bf (6ft tall, 20years old)

Im gonna be taking igf1lr3 for 60days at 100mcg/day
for the first 30 days I wanna take insulin PWO to max out the igf potency
My protein intake comes mostly from shakes - 4 shakes, 60g each (240g/d)
    along with a 4 day/week lifting and 7 day/week cardio

    My questions are

What types of gains should i expect to see after the two months?
Could I put on 10lbs of lean tissue and make my bench max go up 50lbs?
Would the whole cycle be comparabile to a low dose test cycle?
Should IGF and insulin be taken at the same time?

I wanna get back to my original size and strength
I'm also gonna be on clenbuteral and cytomel @ 100mcgs/day

Would the whole cycle be comparable to a low dose test cycle?LOL..NO WAY

Should IGF and insulin be taken at the same time? You can. Doesn't matter

Try and get most of your protein from whole foods and not shakes. I only have 2 shakes per day (protein isolate PWO and micellar casein protein before bed). The reason for this is because your body will respond to whole foods much better than processed foods.

LR3 IGF-1 doesn't really deliver too much benefits anyway wether you use it short term of long term. Insulin won't show any major gains either. The combination of these two is a good idea but I would not expect miracles.

Your strength and muscle mass will not increase by much when using LR3 and insulin. In the first two months it probably won't increase at all. Insulin takes a very long time to deliver proper gains and LR3 has never been popular when it comes to strength/muscle gains.

IMO, AAS is a much better option if you are after strength and muscle mass. Your results will be way better if you were to run a 2 month AAS cycle.

You can certainly take IGF and insulin at the same time or you can alternate between the two.

Clen and T3 will help with fat burning if used properly. LR3 can assist with fat burning also so combining these 3 is a great idea if you are after fat loss.

    Good luck.

if you want strength and mass then look into a test/deca , slin, hgh cyclebut at 20 years old you may still be a little to young to start steroids .

    thanks guys

I suppose the insulin and igf would help the "muscle-memory" come back a bit quicker than without

From what I read, IGF sounds like it would make its best impact for hardening gains given from a steroid cycle, using it in combination with PCT
