    GH and appetite?

im really struggling with appetite lately, and have been told GH is likely the cause. Its got to the point where i am thinking of completely revamping my diet and the foods i eat, as the mere thought of food makes me feel sick.

Yesterday was rough, i finished half of my breakfast, then threw up in my mouth, so didnt finish the meal. Then right before bed, i had a small meal of chicken and a potatoe, finished it, stood up feeling alittle rough, had a drink, then spewed up the ENTIRE meal in the kitchen sink lol!

Its getting too much, as i feel like im wasting food, and not getting the nutrients i need. My meals are pretty small in general, 4 whole food meals a day, along with 2 shakes. Roughly 300g protein and around 4000cals each day. I have been eating this way, and pretty much the same foods, for several years.

I have been on 15 weeks now, and its getting worse. All other aspects of GH I am loving.

Has anybody else experienced this on GH?

Been using HGH for over 10 yrs and never has it made me feel hungry, nor nauseous.

Many of my friends use HGH all yr round and never had those issues either.

You might want to see a doctor

    well shit!

I guess i will have to explore all the points of my diet etc.

Could this be a symptom of overtraining?

I mean, im not taking the piss and doing massive volume or anything out of the ordinary, but have increased the workload alittle as i figure the GH and AAS will make my recovery that much greater

Loss of appetite is one symptom of over training.
