    Need Some Help Guys

I am having a real bad problem with bruising and extreme soreness after doing my HGH injections. First of all my HGH is legit and that surely is not the problem. Here is what I am doing

    3-4iu daily (in morning)
I keep Vials in the Fridge and take out before injection and let them warm up just a little.

I have been taking and giving shots for 8 years. Never had bruising issues or soreness.

I am using a 31g 1/2 slin and started out doing Subq, but started bruising for some reason? Then did some IM shots, no bruising there but soreness for about a day?

WTF guys, I have never had this problem before. Can someone give me some advice, I am new to the subq shots, but have done tons of research and believe to be doing it correctly. So not sure what I am doing wrong to be getting bruised and sore....

    Thanks.

Are you piching the skin and inserting the needle at a 45 degree angle? I do not warm my GH prior to injecting. I am mixing 1cc of BAC per vial. I load straight out of the fridge and inject. I pinch the skin, insert the needle, release the skin then begin injecting slowly.

I think you should be alright...Ive never brusied doing subq but ive heard of many ppl brusing and having tenderness there. Keep an eye on it. If it gets worse you then goto the doctors.

Like PT mentioned, it could be the consentration of the gH; perhaps you're just injecting too much of it. I do subq 5/2 and have never had any brusing so far... I'm in my 6th to 7th week now, doing 3IUs. Also, switch injection sites, i.e. torso, thighs, belly, and in extreme skin sensitivity on those areas, you could attempt the arms and shoulders too.
