    Adding Insulin To Cycle

    Hey guys, i am in week 4 of what started to be a pre-contest strict cutting cycle for an upcoming competition.

    I have decided to scrap that for now as my head is not in the right place for competing at the moment.

    Nevertheless i will continue to run my cycle through to the end but as more of a lean bulking cycle.

    I have been doing some research on Insulin , in particular Humalog and want to incorporate it into the last 6-7 weeks of my cycle and during PCT.

    Please look at my current cycle and dosages and feel free to critique as much as possible.

    Post Insulin Nutrtion will be as follows:

    Injection + 5 minutes – Carb shake with 7g of carbs per iu of Insulin
    3g Creatine Ethyl Ester
    L-Leucine 2,500mg
    L-Valine 1,500mg
    L-Isoleucine 1,000mg
    L-Glutamine 1,000mg

    Injection + 15 minutes - 80g of whey isolate protein in water

    Injection + 60 minutes – 40-50g of grilled chicken/fish, 40-50g of steamed broccoli.

    Injection + 100 minutes 50g of whey isolate protein in water.

    Also, what do you guys think of repeating this process again first thing in the morning??

    everything looks great except for the hcg . i would start is your last week of the cycle and run it for 2 weeks. everything else looks great and you should see some good gains since you obviously did your homework

    so run hcg for a total of 5 weeks @ 500iu every Monday and Thurs?

    If i keep my diet fairly clean, do you think i could see some nice lean gains from the Insulin without adding any extra fat.

    The main thing i am looking fto achieve out of the Slin is extra fullness to my muscles and of course increased recovery.

    you just want to run the nolva and other pct items at least 2 weeks longer then the hcg . as long as you keep your fat intake down and your carb intake isnt extremly high you'll see nice gains

    Carb intake is not high 150-200g a day.
    When you say to keep fat intake down, are you also referring to healthy fats??

    Yeah i would assume it would be healthy fats too... too much of that could cause u to put weight on.

    i will be injecting IM, but have read that you cant inject in the same for spot for at least a month..can ayone shed some light on this??
