IGF-1 LR3... my thoughts so far

So i took the plunge into the LR3 and must say i'm enjoying it so far. I have to thank this forum for all the great info. and all the tutorials before I started. I was a bit freaked out by the thought of injecting but after reading everything was quite ready. I started a little over a week ago and was quite surprised at how easy it was to inject. I felt the sides the same day i started taking it... the hypo feeling, lethargic feeling, etc. I love the great pumps and vascularity it gives you along with the muscle fullness. Im actually taking the lr3 alone... im not stacking it with anything... just a clean diet as always and hittin the gym my usual 2hrs a day, 6 days a week (Start stats: 176lbs, 5'10, bf 9%) (Current stats: 177, bf 8.7%). If I can get up to 180lbs and get my bf to a solid 8% this would make the investment worth while. Also on the plus i've been able to eat a lot more (complex carbs) and still stay cut and maintain the abs and all. This is exactly what I needed since as soon as Id up my carb intake my abs would just disappear. I would definitely advise lr3 to anyone that is looking for the same things I was in it. Feel free to add to this if anyone else has had good effects with it too. Im definitely looking forward to the next 3 weeks to finish off this run.

Also would like to add to anyone that didn't notice any effects... one must have either got fake gear, not injected properly, or not a igf-1 reactor because I also have seen great results in 4 of my close buddies that have taken igf-1 lr3 also. The stuff works... no doubt about it... you just cant expect to gain 15lbs or more in a cycle... keep your goals realistic. Just something to think about if any of you out there are turned off from igf-1 lr3 from certain posts from out on the forums.

You are proving to everyone once again, LR3 is nothing but a GDA.

As for your last statement that was indirectly written for guys like me that absolutely know LR3 isn't associated with muscle tissue accrual. DON'T speak to soon buddy. It's overly excited, very inexperienced newbies like you that tend to put their feet in their mouth.

To everyone reading this persons post :

Take with this person says with grain of salt.

    1) He has shown through his own words LR3 is a GDA, nothing more.

    2) anyone that train 6 days a week, for 2 hrs at a time is well....ummm...never mind

    3) This person did not get hydrostatic testing done prior to starting his LRshit cycle. He obviously doesn't know the difference between increased glycogen retention/water retention, and muscle tissue accrual.

    4) anyone who is 5'-10" @ 176 pounds ...well.....that's pathetic!

poor guy.. don't be too hard on him

I just did the same thing with igf1lr3 @ 100mcg for about 30 days

I dont think its a serious anabolic , but it may have helped by increasing my appetite and given me a little more energy...

I actually lift 6 days a week, but my workouts are only 45 minutes (and I still only work each muscle once a week)

I will say that when I started using insulin and lr3 i did notice serious gains in strength
and size to. I dont know for sure whether or not there is a synergetic affect by stacking the two - some say there is - but I'm 100% certain the insulin used PWO gave me strength gains that FELT almost as strong as dbols

I did notice my weight go up from 250 to 268 (@ 6ft tall, 12% bf) when I was on it - not saying it was all muscle gains - but my weight did go up

but I've moved on from lr3 and am definitely considering the GHRP6 and CJC1295

I hope he knows that if he wants serious gains then he should just use steroids instead

or atleast try eating 300g protein per day

    he's probably just experiencing placebo

Dorian Yates at his prime ate 400 grams of protein per day....this is fact.

You think a guy at 170 needs 300 grams ? Please expand.Lets chat.

    I guess I over estimated...

    I weigh 265lbs (6ft) and i try to get 300g/day

but I'm sure if he did eat 300 grams he would probably grow a lot more then he already is

    Calm down out there

Haha wow this thread sure started a huge Pinn anger post. Once again... im not calling anyone out on the forums nor am I trying to say igf-1 lr3 is a wonder... all I was trying to state is how it has effected me so far.

Also im not trying to go for the roided up look like a lot out there... im happy with my stats and im not trying to gain 30 or 40 lbs of muscle in a month or two like some people out there. I know training hard and eating right is the best answer and some supplementation here and there sure helps too.

Thanks for the tip jg42058p, although im already eating about 250grams of protein a day which I believe should be sufficient... im sure uping it cant hurt though.

goose4... don't even have words for your immature replies...

Pinn - I know your passionate about the whole lr3 topic (due to wasting your personal $$$ without results)... but you know other people are entitled to post their results on these forums... and thats all I was doing. Maybe you should just accept the fact that it may not have worked for you but it doesn't necessarily mean that its a complete waste... as you describe all over the forums.

You're welcome.. but a bit of advice - I'd look into something else besides igf1 lr3

I actually got all of mine for free, which is why I took it.

But to be honest its really not worth the money...

If you can find r-IGF1, use that. Apparently that form of igf is moderately anabolic .

just make sure your training is in check with stimulating growth - that is, doing dead lifts and squats to stimulate your natural GH production

But if you want to really put on some mass/strength in a short period of time, try using insulin . But just research it a lot so you know EXACTLY how to use it - if used improperly IT WILL KILL YOU OR MAKE YOU REALLY FAT. Since I learned how to use it, Insulin has become my favorite anabolic thus far. feel free to PM me for more details on how I have succeeded using insulin. It's cheap to ($40 or so).

    good luck.

Great... will definitely look in to it. Yeah I'm doing many compound movements such as dead-lifts, squats, etc. Thanks for the heads up. Im also interested in 1295 peptide as well as the GHRP6.. Looking forward to see the replies on your other thread.

    Its..

It means glucose deposit agent. Basically it helps with shuttling all your post workout carbs to your muscles.

Oh wow...so pretty much a weaker agent of slin for that Im sure as well. That does have its place though, GHRP did that for me and it was way cheaper than LR3 IGF is. I wonder what else we could use for this?
