Could use some HGH help and schooling...
Im 36 ,5'9" around 235...im probably about 20 to 25 lbs over mostly water. Ive been hearing a lot about HGH and all of its benefits. My questions are:
1. How much do you take and how often
2. Do you take it alone or with something else
3. Are there any side effects like agression,SD,or any of the typical stereotypes
4. Is it something that could come up in a drug test, because i get randoms at my job
5. Are there different types and which is the best one to use
6. Is it good for cutting fat and muscle gains
Feel free to add any information that you feel i might need to know and i want to thank everyone in advance for the help i really appreciate it, im a total newbie to this ....

Not true, you're overweight dude! No offense to you, but 5'9 @ 235 and you're asking about gH... that's how I came up to that assumption; I'm just trying to help, but I need you to be honest with yourself (1st) , so you can be honest with us here
OK...
Code:1. How much do you take and how often 2. Do you take it alone or with something else 3. Are there any side effects like agression,SD,or any of the typical stereotypes 4. Having said that, assuming you manage to bring down your BF (body fat) around 18%-20% range, using gH -for the first two months daily schedule- at 2IUs, will enhance fat loss greatly. After the first two months, bring your daily dosage to 3IUs taking it 5 days [Mon-Frid], having the weekend off of it.
2) Yes, you could take it along with more potent drugs to enhance them. However, this is not aplicable in your case at the moment. gH alone, a good diet, and a superb workout routine will help you accomplish a lot.
3) No known aggresive-like side effects from gH usage, although anything is possible but I've never heard such sides from gH alone. There are sides, but they are good sides such as numbness of extremeties, deep sleep through the night, fat loss (being the most noticeable), etc...
4) Unless you're working to compete in professional sports, you shouldn't be concerned with drug screening for gH usage.
5) Yes, there is different brands and manufacturing grades. The most known are ginotropin and somatropin (please check my spelling, as I'm not sure that I'm spelling them correctly). By far, somatropin in my opinion, is the highest human-grade gH available out there, as well as the most expensive --very expensive. Gin/Jin-notropin is good too, but its concentration differs from labs/manufacturers. You might have to do further search of your own on this one.
6) a - cutting fat: Yes, it is extremely good as well as to enhance many other body functions, i.e., skin/hair texture, memory/visual aid, and the list goes on and on... b - muscle mass: Yes, but it will take you MEGA doses of gH for this, as well as a very long time (assuming that you're dieting right and have a killer workout regime) in order to get AAS-like gains on gH alone.Last edited by "Maximus"; 08-11-2008 at 06:18 PM.

Get you diet/food intake dialed in first. Get on a gym program that is heavy on cardio to begin with. Once you have that covered and a regular routine you will start to see to significant fat loss. Give it 6-8 weeks for the effects to really kick in. Once you get down close to your target weight and bf % then look into the GH to finish it off. Don't expect to get huge with just GH. Based on your questions you really need to spend a few days on this site study up on it. I am about 8 weeks into my first run and just starting to see the benefits. I spent more than a month learning everything I could about it before I ventured in. If nothing else you need to learn the proper use and care of the product. It is not cheap and it is very fragile. One little mistake and you could lose a bunch of $$.

I'm 43, and my physician did give me a prescription for HGH, but my insurnce refused to pay for it.
Too expensive for me to buy at my pharmacy, so I got some from China.
I'm on my 13th week at 2 iu a day 5/2
I did feel numbness in my hands for a few weeks, but those symptoms went away.
As soon as the Olympics are over, I plan on ordering more and do 2 iu a day, 7 days a week.
